From understanding the customer’s problem statement to demonstrating and advocating the best solution for our product, at Darwinbox, the interns with HCM Solutions plays a critical role in the success of every sales pursuit we make. By leveraging the Human Resource functional expertise and comprehensive product knowledge – Darwinbox’s Solutions provide expert solutions, presentations, workshops and product demonstrations to the customer throughout the sales cycle.

li style="margin-left:16px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Be an expert on Darwinbox product across all modules by leveraging the training and on the job expertise.
• Own the solutioning via being adept on RFPs (Request for Proposals) and solution fitment.
• Assist the consultants/sr. consultants in system configuration setups, POC (Proof of concept) setups, contextual product demo setups etc.
• Collaborate with team via configuring product updates and internal showcase to remain up to date with latest technology advancements.
• Assist and collaborate with solution consultants on client proposals and collaterals – PPTs, documents, business processes etc.
• Leverage in-depth Human Resource functional knowledge to deliver differentiated custom solutions to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs.
• Shadow the demos to understand the demo flow, handling objections and action items.
• Front-end and lead the product demos to clients as the need arise.
• Build strong relationships with clients so they can propagate their Darwinbox success with prospects.
• Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and implementation discussions to maintain a smooth workflow and conduct necessary knowledge transfers.

li style="margin-left:16px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Bachelor Degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work and effectively communicate executives and line of business representatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept in MS PPTs and MS Excel. Ability to convey the thought process in various formats like PPTs, Docs etc.
