Account Payable ResponsibilitiesThe Account Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the companys financial obligations by overseeing and processing all invoices and payments. This role involves ensuring accuracy in financial records, timely payment of bills, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The Account Payable Specialist plays a vital role in the company’s financial stability and requires meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy, proper approval, and coding.
Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, as well as verify and reconcile accounts payable records.
Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints and company policies.
Vendor Management: Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate payment terms.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing accounts payable status, outstanding payments, and financial metrics for management review.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax requirements, related to accounts payable processes.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of the accounts payable function.

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
