The ideal candidate is responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Min. three years of experience in the Bali Real Estate market, Villa Management, Hospitality or with other relevant work experience.
- Good time management and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Organised, punctual, flexible and detail oriented.
- Must have Bali Real Estate market knowledge and working experience in Bali.
- Mastery of both spoken and written English is essential.
- Track record of past work experience and/or proof of successfully closed deals.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and driving a motorbike.
