Our client is a leading investment institution established for the development through strategic investments with coverage both of domestic and international.

• Review and/or create financial models based on potential transaction structures.
• Identify prospects, arrange and Conduct meetings with target company management for possible opportunities
• Present preliminary research and create investment proposals, and provide investment advise and proposal, document executed deals.
• Possess extensive knowledge of sectors targeted for investment.
• Compile comprehensive Investment Committee (IC) memos, including materials for IC memos and other related analyses.
• Conduct research on target partners/industries (Know Your Client process).
• Perform analysis tasks such as data extraction, comparisons, and presentation material creation.
• Execute initiatives in a timely manner according to set targets.
• Monitor competitor performance and market developments periodically.
• Monitor and report on the performance of investee companies.
• Conduct analysis regarding exit opportunities and potential returns.
• Participate in the preparation of terms/documentation.
• Assist in other activities related to processes and relationships with consultants or other stakeholders or shareholders.

• Holds a bachelors or masters degree from a reputable university in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce,
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), or advisory services (buy side or sell side).
• Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and deal closing and exit strategy.
• Experience in transactions within relevant sectors.
• Previous employment at consulting firms, Investment Banks, or Private Equity firms is a plus.
• Strong background in financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and drive complex strategic projects.
• Possesses a strong professional network.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams; organized and systematic in work approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a responsible, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
