Supply Chain Executive

We are hiring! Invade Promotion is looking for a qualified candidate to join us in the role of Supply Chain Executive within the Operational Division.

Invade Promotion is a trusted office supplies integrator and promotion material producer, specializing in garments, merchandise, and printing.

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimum 3-7 years of work experience (preferably with experience in expeditions such as TIKI, JNE, or in heavy industrial warehouses)
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek
• High mobility, able to drive and has Drivers License (SIM A/SIM C)
• Preferably owns a vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and responsible
• Enjoys learning and innovation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates loyalty and good integrity
• Able to work both as an individual and in a team

Main Responsibilities:

1. Storage Roles:

• Collaborate with Commercial Division & Operational Division to oversee project lists, schedules, and bill of quantities and to collect and record all incoming and outgoing project bills of quantities, working closely with the Head Office administration.
• Oversee shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the storage and creating delivery schedules
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate equipment needs and schedule deliveries
• Assist Head of operational division to develop storage and quality control system and process into SOP aligning with Invade Promotions vision, mission, and values.

2. Operations & Project Management Roles:

• Ensure that operational activities are executed within the allotted budget and timelines
• Assist Finance & Accounting division to allocate business & project expenses.
• Working closely with the Commercial Division to execute existing projects assigned by the company and from personal accounts, ensuring end-to-end execution, from project initiation to final product delivery at the customers site.
• Manage product design specifications and raw materials specifications hands-on.
• Assigned by the Commercial Division to select and procure raw materials from top manufacturers and distributors.

3. Key Account Management Roles:

• Identify sales opportunities within specific industries aligned with the companys direction.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Division to gather customer feedback, conduct market analysis, and identify market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Consulting with management about new products or services that may be appropriate for specific clients

4. Vendor Management:

• Working closely with the commercial division for the management of ongoing quality of vendor matrix to assure the proper use of quality vendors for the Invade Promotion’s key accounts.
• Able to perform good relationship management key actions with existing vendors and future vendors.
• Have an efficient negotiation skill.
• Possess the capability for critical thinking, technical expertise, time management.
• Have leadership traits to make firm decisions and risk mitigation.

5. Interpersonal Skills

• Demonstrate high mobility and adaptability.
• Exhibit positive thinking and persistence.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Possess a passion for trading, business, and building strong interpersonal relationships.
