Job Description

• Assist in organizing of events, exhibitions and campaigns
• To explore all possibilities in creating creative and interactive design content that inspires, informs and captivates consumers.
• Conceptualize and produce design works for print and digital media (e.g. brochures, posters, packaging, EDMs, and motion graphics for social media postings).
• Creator for social media creative content and scheduling that aims to increase and elevate brand presence online
• Track and monitor social media’s performance on a timely manner to determine areas for social media improvement
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies on social media campaigns to increase page followers, likes and engagements
• Prepare and submit social media performance report
• Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
• Work alongside with sales team to plan and execute promotions through various channels
• Analyzing data from Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators
• Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Running promotions with an approved budget to attract new customers or retain existing ones
• Managing external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fluency in writing and speaking in Bahasa and English is a must
• It is important to have excellent planning management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally
• Candidate should possess at least a minimum Diploma in Art/Design or related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields of marketing is required for this position
• Proficient in MS Office
• Well versed in graphic design including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Strong eye for graphic design and typography
• Basic knowledge in print production and requirements
• Resourceful with good attention to detail
• Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
