Consultancy Services – Firm or Organisation Specializing in Disability Inclusion

The Role Prospera is seeking the services of a qualified firm or organisation that specializes on disability inclusion to provide input and advise on Prospera’s growing portfolio of work on economic participation of people with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 8/2016. The selected contractor will be expected to contribute to Prospera’s work on disability concessions and incentives, disability registry, financial inclusion, and disability employment. This will include undertaking data collection, consultations, give references to key persons for disability, contributing to Prospera’s knowledge products and dissemination activities, and connecting Prospera to strategic policy processes.

About You The organisation of people with disabilities and the team members nominated to support Prospera directly must have: (i) extensive knowledge and experience working on disability-inclusive policies in Indonesia; (ii) substantive experience collating analyses and evidence to support policy proposals on disability inclusion; (iii) well-established links with a variety of stakeholders involved in disability inclusion in Indonesia; (iv) substantive experience and expertise in advising governments, and civil society organizations on the development and implementation of disability-inclusive policies.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rates are according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
