Job Overview
In this position, the incumbent will maintain the accuracy of HR files and documentation and ensure integrity and confidentiality of records. He/ She shall assist in the onboarding, process, policy documentation, coordination of claims, reimbursements, and other Indonesian related
HR tasks. Moreover, he/she will also perform administrative tasks and support all internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Services operations.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files, records, and documentation.
- Performs periodic internal audit of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Assist and coordinate in New Team Member onboarding process.
- Assist in process and policy documentation.
- Assist in coordination of Indonesian related HR tasks.
- Assist in processing claims and reimbursements.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
(refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR Services Specialist or management).
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Perform administrative tasks, schedule meetings, HR activities and maintain agendas.
- Management and coordination of special projects and other tasks which would be assigned from time to time.
- Performing such other services as are customarily performed by one holding such a position.

- 8GB of RAM; 500GB SSD/ HDD or higher
- Data enabled smart phone with minimum specifications of Android 5 or IOS 9.
- Ability to install WhatsApp instant messaging application.
- Mobile data and power back-up is a must. Minimum software requirements that may be installed to either or both to PC and/or smart phone include:
- Licensed Windows® 10 64bit operating system.
- Licensed Microsoft® Office 2013 or higher with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (cloud/online or hard disk-based installation)
