Software Quality Assurance

• Execute comprehensive testing plans in a timely manner, considering our startups time constraints.
• Ensure that all testing entry criteria and dependencies are met, working closely to expedite the process when necessary.
• Validate the testing status, progress, defect priorities, and testing sessions minutes of meetings (MoMs) within the time limitations.
• Manage the sign-off process efficiently and review sign-off forms promptly.
• Review and validate test scenarios and test cases, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.
• Support in resolving testing issues promptly, employing problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.
• Review and validate defects categorization, ensuring accurate identification and prioritization.
• Coordinate testing allocations to the Development and Integration Testing (DIT) team and business stakeholders, considering time constraints.
• Perform spot checks on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure compliance with the test plan and to meet time-sensitive objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments on potential project delays based on testing status and defect count, providing timely insights.
• Conduct defects analysis swiftly, identifying root causes and proposing solutions promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive testing reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) for project management and software development.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Domain knowledge of finance, shipping industry, and eCommerce will be highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
