We are looking for Business Development Manager, Industry Applications (Indonesia) The ideal candidate will be responsible for to grow sales revenue through the establishment of distribution networks within the defined market sectors of: -

• Off Road (Heavy Equipment)
• Hardware & AAM (Automotive After Market)
• Power Generation & Distribution
• Oil & Gas
• Marine
• Data Centre
• Other Industrial (F&B, Textiles, Manufacturing)

Requirements: Key Responsibilities:

• Take on full commercial responsibility on Industry Applications business unit for Indonesia as follows: -

o Pricing and Margins within their country o Preparation for financial plans including forecasting and budgeting and the 5-year strategic plan. o Customer and account management e.g. receivable collection. o Any other metrics aligned with group objectives.

• Responsible for developing the Industry Applications business unit:

o Define the market structures and relevant market segments o Identify targets and their potential. o Identify from the NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fits to the market needs o Develop/set-up distribution partners and customers. o Establish Company Brands in the market based on innovation, value to customers, service and quality. o Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of company Products.

• Interface into the group through regional meetings, common visits and daily use of an eCRM tool.
• Build strong long-term working relationships with key strategic customers.
• Build and sustain similar relationships with internal partners in the region, other regions and HQ.
• Provide strong leadership to his team, ensure high morale, team work and good employee relations.
• Actively support the Company policies, procedures, and workplace rule

Reporting Responsibilities: This position reports to the Vice President Business Development, Industry Applications Asia Pacific based in China and dotted line reports to Regional Business Development Manager based in Indonesia. Department: Business Development Location: Indonesia Supervisory Responsibilities: This role is sole contributor.
