Wholesale Sales Manager

A Fashion Industry Company in United States is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Wholesales Sales Manager (Full-time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing sales as well as monitoring progress pre and post-sale using a CRM such as HubSpot
• Generate leads and opportunities by cold call, email and network as well as targeting retail stores, distributors and other potential wholesale clients
• Prepare and present proposals or quotes for customers tailored to their specific needs and requirements
• Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales with an eye to profitability and long-term partnerships
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services including outdoor gear and eyewear collections to effectively communicate features, benefits and unique selling points to potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations or presentations as needed to showcase product quality and functionality
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Set and work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions by attending industry events, conferences and trade shows to discover new prospects and opportunities

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Wholesale Sales Manager or in a related position
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or in a related field
• Good written and verbal communication in German and/or French would be a plus
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing sales environment with a flexible and proactive approach
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows and industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp30,000,000 per month
