What Will You Do:

As the Vice President of Risk Management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust risk management framework to ensure the responsible and sustainable growth of our lending portfolio. You will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with other departments to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with our lending operations. • Develop and oversee the risk management strategy for SME and supply chain lending.
• Lead a team of risk management professionals, setting goals, and providing guidance.
• Design and implement risk assessment models, credit policies, and underwriting guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the technology and data analytics teams to improve risk assessment models.
• Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management.

What Are The Requirement:

• >10 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the financial services industry with a focus on SME and supply chain lending.
• Proven leadership experience in risk management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with FinTech and digital lending technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
• Driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
