Data Input Specialist

Bazar Bizar, a prominent Bali-based company specializing in artisanal home decor and lifestyle products, is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Input Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Input Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product data across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input product information into the companys database, including but not limited to product names, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and other relevant details.

Catalog Management: Maintain and update the companys product catalog, ensuring consistency and correctness in product listings across all platforms, including the website, online marketplaces, and internal databases.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy of product data, promptly identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to ensure alignment between product information and marketing strategies.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of product data and updates, keeping detailed documentation for reference and audit purposes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and enhance data accuracy, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.

Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for product data management, including data formatting, categorization, and tagging.

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any queries related to product data.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a meticulous approach to data management.

Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with product data management systems and online platforms is a plus.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
