We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Team Leader to lead our team of account managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and development of the account management team, as well as managing their own portfolio of client accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, sales and the ability to drive revenue growth through contract renewals and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each clients business objectives and industry challenges, and provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive renewal strategy to maximize contract renewals and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients and work closely with account managers to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Manage a team of service providers who are responsible for supporting the account management team, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to effectively serve clients.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner, and that service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Handle any client escalations or disputes in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success.

These are the minimum system requirements we are looking for a remote/hybrid working staff that we want to hire:

  • Must be Minimum windows 10, 11 / Mac 12.X or higher.
  • Internet Speed must be above 20Mbps UP and Down.
  • Anti-Virus and Firewall must be enabled.
  • The system must have a minimum of 20 GB of disk space on the C drive.
  • System RAM must be a minimum of 8 GB.
  • Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster process
  • Must have a backup internet connection
  • Best but not required to have a backup laptop or computer if the current computer fails.
