We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :

PROJECT SENIOR ENGINEER

Requirement ;

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Technical.
• Min. 5 years Experience of project management (in the same field ) in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection Molding.
• Capable in ISO/GMP standards, FMEA & related fields.
• Capable in English.
• Able to work independently.
• Familiar with Office Software & Scheduling.

Job description summary ;

• Plans, direct & lead the project teams, organize New Project Introduction (NPI) activities, development and introductions.
• Checking & compiling the information or technical documentation, preparing quotation and provide manufacturing documentation.
• Coordinating on the engineering input into the Project Management and Quality Plan.
• Following up the approval of the part and arrange mold transfer to production.
• Following up commercial issue with customer & resources needed to materialise the new project.
• Act as window for technical issue related to product(s) and its resolution Lead project meetings to collect and disseminate information.
• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time" result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.
• Preparing quotations, utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality manufacturing engineering & design.
• Create bill of material, detailed instructions for manufacturing process, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing, work with the team on the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) during project developments, work with the project team.
• Reviews and monitors project progress and timeline performance to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.
• Work together with other department to achieve company goals.
• Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
