  • 7+ years professional experience as Business Development Manager in the industrial gas, chemical, oil & gas or engineering industry
  • Understand the client requirements of technical services, spares, proprietary components like Oxygen Plants, Hydrogen Plants, Clean Energy, PSA, Cold Box, etc.
  • Communicative in English is a must

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably top-ranking institute
  • MBA or equivalent post graduate qualification from a Premier business school is a plus
  • Experience in metals / chemicals/ refinery industry is a plus
  • 7+ years professional experience in the industrial gas, chemical, oil & gas or engineering industry, and
  • Successful experience in management of cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities & projects in Indonesia according to business development strategy, process, best-practices and standards.
  • Identification of opportunities that fits business of Green Hydrogen, Decarbonization, Oxygen Plants, Air Separation Units, Hydrogen & Syngas Manufacturing Units, Petrochemical Plants, Adsorption plants and LNG Processing plants.
  • Key Account Manager for Pertamina and Other Major Petrochemical companies in Indonesia
  • Responsible for market analysis, order intake and Business Development in Indonesia
  • Understand the client requirements of technical services, spares, proprietary components like Oxygen Plants, Hydrogen Plants, Clean Energy, PSA, Cold Box, PLC, etc.
  • Pre-qualification for EPC tenders. Help in formulating bidding strategies and partnership with local construction companies and fabricators/suppliers.
  • Engage customers to develop project opportunities, customer and market assessments and business concept/value proposition.
  • Identify and collect information about new opportunities at early stage engaging customers, region business unit, Gas Business etc
