• Drive the establishment of a data-driven culture within the organization by championing analytics practices and fostering a mindset that relies on data for decision-making. This involves recruiting and developing top talent in analytics to build a strong team.
• Spearhead the development of cutting-edge analytics solutions that align with business objectives. Share ownership of these solutions with business units to ensure alignment and drive bottom-line results.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and business heads, providing futuristic insights backed by data analysis. Serve as a strategic advisor, helping to shape business strategies and initiatives.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management and analytics. Monitor and report on these KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and direction to Product and Technology teams in the design and implementation of products and technological solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the entire customer life cycle for lending products, from acquisition to collections.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize profitability.
• Develop robust fraud detection rules and risk policies based on alternate data and advanced analytics techniques. Implement measures to mitigate risks effectively.
• Provide insights and action plans to optimize collections processes, improving recovery rates and reducing delinquencies.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns for more effective collections strategies.
• Lead efforts to innovate in risk management, including hypothesis building, intelligence gathering, and backtesting of new strategies. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with unforeseen scenarios.Develop and refine acquisition models, underwriting policies, and life-cycle management models using advanced data science techniques. Continuously improve model performance through iterative refinement.Design behavioral scorecards for loan products to assess creditworthiness and optimize credit lines. Create frameworks for credit line optimization to maximize profitability while managing risk.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, FRM) are a plus.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on Consumer Unsecured Lending.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, policies, and strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams.
• Proficient in relevant risk management tools and software.
• Strong Data and Risk Analytic.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• High ethical standards and professional conduct, with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and execution.
