Key Responsibilities: The Research Assistant will work on a project on developing a MS-based rapid and cost-effective genotyping method for early detection of colon cancer.

• Primary responsibilities include molecular cloning, cell culture, DNA isolation, developing biochemical assays and chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry analysis.
• Work closely with senior researchers.
• Work with external collaborators.
• Prepare results for publication.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in biochemistry, molecular & cell biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in molecular cloning, cell culture, high-performance liquid chromatography or mass spectrometry are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
