The Business Development Managers role involves boosting revenue and identifying lucrative growth prospects within Indonesia territory under the guidance of the regional sales leader.
Responsibilities include meeting monthly/ quarterly gross sales and cumulative ROI targets through strategies like cold calling, networking, lead management, and organic growth of existing company business. In-depth knowledge of company products, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to commercial policies, and familiarity with prospecting and sales techniques are crucial for success. Additionally, understanding user workflows and market needs is essential to identifying opportunities within the target markets.
IDR 35-45 Mill Base + THR + Commission Uncapped
You will be involved in activities such as:
- The role involves achieving revenue targets through growth of selected products, generating new opportunities, and cultivating leads from diverse sources
- Facilitating smooth post-sale account transitions, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate CRM data
- Weekly pipeline reviews with the regional sales leader ensure opportunities align with sales goals and progress efficiently
- Consistently updating opportunities in the CRM, including call reports and prospecting calls, is mandatory
- Accurate monthly sales forecasts, integrity in customer engagement, and proactive revenue growth strategies are priorities
- Fulfilling all tasks, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, and adhering to legal compliance are essential responsibilities
You will possess:
- Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience in financial or information services industries
- Exposure to clients in Asset Management, Commercial Banking, Pension Fund, and Large Multi-Sector Corporations within a B2B environment is preferred
- Strong interest and comprehension of the Financial and Banking sectors, along with knowledge of market data and research needs in areas like Corporate Banking, Credit Research, Risk Management, Equities Research, Fund Management, Economists, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Planning
- Familiarity with APIs and corporate internal networks is advantageous
Proficiency in English is mandatory. Demonstrate self-motivation, maturity, and a target-driven approach
