Manufacturing Manager - Fatty Alcohol North Sumatra, Indonesia Oleochemical - FMCG 10 - 15 years Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Local or expats English Proficiency is Mandatory As Per The Market Standard Job Roles and Responsibilities Responsible to manage and control operation of oleochemical factory to ensure plant to meet production volume target, quality specification and customer requirement, optimally and cost effective on time in full (OTIF), comply with environment and sustainability standard, include in maintaining and improving oleo chemical factory human resource morale, skill and knowledge.
Responsibilities: 1. Fully involve in the commissioning process of the plant and ensure standards have been met. 2. Provide technical expertise and support in the day production activities. 3. Oversees and drives the achievement of the production goals. 4. Drive improvement and efficiencies throughout the process, delivery of operational excellence and TPM. 5. Manage production costs and improve deployment of resources to improve profitability. 6. Support implementation of innovation and project initiatives within the plant. Skills and Key Requirements
  • Minimal 10 years in the industrial or chemicals manufacturing facility
  • Minimal master of degree in chemical engineering / chemistry engineering
  • Capable to operate MS Windows, MS Office
  • Capable to calculate the data thoroughly and accurate
  • Capable to handle the plant / oleochemical manufacturing
  • Have knowledge about employement ‘s rule
  • Have highly integrity, honestly, highly motivation, highly analytical, has strong problem solving skills, good self interpersonnel and can work personally or team.
  • Have strong leadership skills and able to lead a big team
  • Can use English well by writing or speaking
