Retail Sales Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinating across multiple departments from Sales, productions and store operations in order to meet sales targets and other company goals.
• Supervising the day to day operation of the brand, including store operations, production plan, stocking & procurement of raw materials, as well as fulfillment of customer orders.
• Creating sales strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining adequate inventory level in shops & factory.
• Managing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Optimize profitability by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Creating new sales & partnership opportunities with new hotels, villas and spas to boost wholesale sales.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the company in relations to its various stakeholders.
• Develop monthly sales target & monthly operational budget (retail & production) to maximize company’s profitability and minimize cost.
• HR Assists in recruiting new hires, facilitating staff onboarding, keeping the SOP being implemented well, maintaining company culture while keeping employee discipline.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Reputable University (Minimum GPA 3,5). Major preferred: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a leadership position, especially in the commercial, retail or FMCG sector.
• Problem solver. Have high cognitive & logical thinking ability to understand problems and self initiative to solve them based on data (data driven).
• Strong common sense, able to take initiative, and exercise independent judgment.
• Robust leadership quality. An independent individual who are able to allocate tasks and monitor progress of projects. Able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
• Detailed individuals with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills to deliver data-driven reports to the director.
• Multitasker and self motivated.
• Have excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• Love being in a startup environment with a fast-paced culture.
• Own transport & based in Bali.
