- Direct engagement on key existing account or continuously identify prospective end user customers in Enterprise and Data Centre market.
- Provide technical pre/post sales consultation on qualified Panduit business opportunities related to positioning of our Enterprise and Data Centre Infrastructure solutions.
- Develop sales strategy within account, present technical solution and validate with customer.
- Gain spec-in position for the entire range Panduit Enterprise & Data Centre Solutions via a consultative approach and strategic selling.
- While providing quality service relationships for existing accounts, continuously solicit for new opportunities in the existing and new accounts.
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with sales/account management role.
- Preferably with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification.
- Preferably working experience in System Integrator environment with structured cabling systems exposure.
- Candidate with structured cabling solutions knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Discipline, High integrity, positive attitude.
- Take active initiatives to achieve sales target and company goals.
- Strong understanding of products/solutions within specific Business Unit, the competitive landscape, and how to effectively position Panduit to close business. May include a variety of locations.
- Ability to penetrate various areas within an account with different solutions or offerings based on business need.
- Strong deal management ability to outline challenges to close an account and develops alternative solutions and resources to close.
- May have an expertise in a specific vertical.
- Has multiple touch points throughout an organization.
- Begins to build strategic maps of key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates an understanding of organizational strategy and incorporates it into commercial approach.
