As a Purchasing Staff specialized in the food and beverage sector, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory to support our interior design projects.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, particularly within the food and beverage sector, showcasing a successful track record of sourcing quality products.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inventory levels and track orders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of sourcing and procuring food and beverage-related products, ensuring they meet quality standards and budget requirements for interior design projects.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information, and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand product requirements and preferences, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting procurement practices in the food and beverage sector.
