      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on communication with construction contractors and vendors
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a particular focus on construction-related issues.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a particular focus on construction project management

About work仕事内容について
  • Develop and maintain the project plan and schedule, with a particular focus on the construction phase of the project
  • Use project management software such as Primavera P6 to develop and manage the project schedule, including the creation of Gantt charts, histograms, and other relevant project management tools
  • Work with the project team to identify and manage project risks, particularly those that may affect construction timelines or quality
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met, and that construction work is carried out to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve project-related issues, with a particular focus on construction-related issues
  • Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, with a particular focus on construction progress and issues
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a particular focus on construction quality and timelines
  • Support the project team in the management of project documentation related to construction activities
