Job Description

Senior Accountant is responsible to oversee general accounting operations of the company in order to ensure all of accounting & tax task is executed accurately, effectively and in line with applied policies, regulations, & Accounting Standard (PSAK, GAAP or IFRS) by doing financial transaction regulating & authenticating activity, doing bank statements and account balance reconciliation, doing general ledger maintaining process, doing month-end closing preparation activity, preparing tax payment & reporting activity, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting transactions of the entity
• Handle Account Receivable/Collection process
• Manage data entry by using Accounting Software (Microsoft Dynamic NAV)
• Maintain financial records and balance sheet reconciliation of the entity
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
• Involve on monthly closing activities including entries preparation, entries posting, accounts reconciliation, etc.
• Prepare and execute monthly tax payment & reporting
• Support preparation of statutory accounts and External Audit
• Intercompany balance reconciliation and confirmation
• Do administration duties such as filing activities, preparing letter to be submitted to related parties, etc.
• Do other ad-hoc activities as required

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Accounting Major
• Minimum 5-8 years in-job related experiences which covering entire general ledger (A/R, A/P, fixed assets, intercompany charging), financial report and tax report activities
• Have excellence knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures such as IFRS, GAAP, PSAK, etc.
• Have experience using Accounting Software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic NAV, etc.) is preferable
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel is a must
• Attention to detail & willing to be hands on
• Have good analytical thinking skill
• Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
• Adhere to deadlines and reliable team players
• Keen learner with positive attitude who is adaptable to changes
• Have good communication skill, written & spoken, both in English and Bahasa
