Our client is a leading financial institution which offer various banking products including retail, corporate,MSME, as well as Digital Banking.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate/commercial clients, including analyzing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial metrics.
• Assess the companys financial health, liquidity, profitability, and debt servicing capacity.
• Identify key financial trends and potential risk factors that may impact the creditworthiness of the borrower.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and market conditions that may impact the credit risk of corporate clients.
• Conduct industry research to understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and potential risks specific to the borrowers industry sector.
• Evaluate the credit risk associated with corporate borrowers based on financial analysis, industry research, and other relevant factors.
• Assign credit ratings and recommend appropriate credit limits based on the borrowers risk profile.
• Prepare credit memorandums and other credit documentation to support credit decisions.
• Monitor the credit quality and performance of corporate loan portfolios on an ongoing basis.
• Identify early warning signals and potential credit deterioration, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports and updates for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Review credit applications and loan documentation to ensure adherence to credit standards and underwriting guidelines.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a corporate / commercial credit analyst in a banking or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis techniques, and credit risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
