What youll do:

As an Investment Professionals, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our clients projects. You will be responsible for gathering necessary data, preparing insightful investment reviews and analyses, and executing related operational activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying prospects, arranging meetings with potential partners, providing valuable input on investment proposals, and documenting completed deals. You will also be tasked with reviewing or preparing financial models based on potential transaction structures, validating collaboration opportunities, conducting preliminary research, preparing investment proposals, and creating comprehensive IC memos. Your ability to perform detailed research on target partners/industries will be crucial in this role.

• Identify prospects, arrange and attend meetings with target company management and bankers to seek opportunities.
• Provide input on investment proposals and document completed deals.
• Review or prepare financial models based on potential transaction structures.
• Validate opportunities for collaboration.
• Conduct preliminary research and prepare investment proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive IC memos including materials for IC memo purposes and other related analyses.
• Perform research on target partners/industries (Know Your Client process).
• Carry out analytical tasks such as extraction, comps, preparation of presentation materials.

What you bring:

The ideal Investment Professionals will bring a wealth of experience and a strong educational background to the role. You should hold a bachelors or masters degree from a reputable university in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Trade or Investment Banking or related field. A CFA or other professional certification would be an added advantage. You should have at least 5 years experience in private equity, venture capitalist, investment banking, M&A, advisory services (buy side or sell side). Your experience should include deal structuring, due diligence, deal closing and exit strategy. A strong background in financial modelling and financial report analysis is essential, as is sharp strategic and commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage and drive complex strategic projects is also key.

• Possess a bachelors or masters degree from a reputable university in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Trade or Investment Banking or related field.
• Holding CFA or other professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in private equity, venture capitalist, investment banking, M&A, advisory services (buy side or sell side).
• Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, deal closing and exit strategy.
• Relevant sector transaction experience.
• Strong background in financial modelling and financial report analysis.
• Sharp strategic and commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and drive complex strategic projects.
