Description & Requirements
  • Responsible for determining an external factory supply base strategy, covering sourcing, relationship management and risk
  • Optimizing total value through effective negotiation and alignment with stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing innovative external solutions to deliver growth
  • To manage the food safety & quality of the SEA (South East Asia) Co packer i.e. all manufacturing locations where we source & procure finished goods, need to be audited, approved & managed
  • To co-ordinate, lead & develop external factory quality team in all aspects of food safety compliance, due diligence, ways of working & continuous quality improvement
  • To develop relevant FS&Q standards and ensure they are consistent and complied with consistently across SEA
  • To implement key quality strategies in SEA Copacker
  • To implement and maintain the management procedures of Co packer
