Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports our educational mission and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including website banners, social media posts, course advertisements, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and instructors to understand design needs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts for presentations, infographics, and other visual assets used in online courses.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the education sector.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Revise designs based on feedback and iterate until final approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in an educational or e-learning environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects with a focus on clean, engaging, and educational visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A passion for education and a desire to create visually engaging learning experiences.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma would be a bonus point
• Have basic understanding on UI/UX
• Knowledge of educational technology (e.g., Learning Management Systems).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

• Sales Marketing: 2 years (Required)
