What you will do:

Responsible for BT&S (Building, Technology and Solutions) project control, routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the project cost against the baseline cost schedule and assessing the impacts/opportunities. Partner with Project Operations stakeholders within BT&S, to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule. How you will do it:

• Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing

• Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation

• Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control

• Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis [budget vs actual]

• Drive project profitability and other performance metrics

• Ensure timely and accurate project billings

• Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances

• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks

• Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required

• Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts

• Participate in monthly project review meetings

• Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries

• Schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.

• Work with the Project Operations stakeholders to update them with information related to project costing and review process.

• Help building and maintaining project tracking dashboards used for project estimation and approvals

• Assist in ERP system migration activities. Manage data and assist is preparing templates for data migration.

• Always maintain an effective and efficient project documentation.

What we look for:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of work experience.

• Strong interest in project finance, forecasting, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies

• Strong business partnership & delivery of results in a matrix environment

• Computer proficient and some proficiency in Microsoft excel is a must

• Proven communication skills
