As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client cases simultaneously, requiring strong organisational and time management abilities. Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
- Able to effectively tailor communication and style to diverse audiences
- Handle own workload and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- Grows with a team where expertise is shared and feedback is encouraged
- Effective time management, including the ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise
- Able to research and grasp complex information while communicating with customers
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in customer success and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Prior experience in migration services is not required, but a strong background in customer service is essential

Additional Requirements
- This is a remote work-from-home position, and a laptop will be provided upon successful completion of the initial training.
- You do not need to be in Jakarta but must be able to travel to Jakarta for training and meetings if required.
- A reliable internet connection is essential to effectively perform this role and communicate with clients and team members
- Work hours are strictly maintained between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday to ensure a healthy work-life balance
- We respect your personal time and do not expect you to work beyond the normal hours unless there is an emergency situation
- In the rare event that you are required to work additional hours due to an emergency, you will be compensated at overtime rates
- Successful completion of initial training is mandatory
