Product Manager-Business Solutions

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction:
Business Solutions team supervise current logistics products offering and marketing. This position willl focus to drive the strategic development, optimization, and performance enhancement of our logistics products and services. This includes overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and planning, through go-to-market strategies, launch, development, customer retention, and eventual product sunset.
2. Lead the project: create feasibility analysis, business cases, process design, implementation, and post mortem analysis
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products successfully. Coordinate efforts and align priorities to meet project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Conduct thorough market research to perform industry and competitor benchmarking, create comprehensive studies, and provide actionable recommendations based on market insights
5. Establish KPIs and performance monitoring for product operations, conduct regular reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports and analysis for management review
7. Demonstrates business acumen and ability to translate KPIs into business insights
8. Participates in projects and ensure strict adherence to project in terms of timeline and visibility to management team Job Requirements Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) / business / economics from a reputable institution; advance degree is a plus Competency:
• Comfortable with figures, must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge: Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management skills, ability to do cross-functional collaboration, negotiate and cooperate with different stakeholders
• Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player; ability to work well in team environment and autonomously with little direction
• Strong intrapersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders from shop-floor to top execs
• Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can identify key components in strategic and business plans
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with technical teams
• Basic understanding in SQL is a plus
• Fluency (verbal & written) in English. Mandarin is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management field (preferably in tech/logistics industry) consulting strategy & operations implementation or solutions design.
