Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, engagement, and development.
Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee benefits administration.
Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and policies.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the management team.
Continuously monitor and evaluate HR processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Requirement
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Legal, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
