WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

Responsible to supervise the implementation of Environmental plan and program, ensure the compliance to local and global regulations, provide periodic training as environmental awareness purpose, lead and ensure the PROPER report to local government while implementing QHSE-En accordingly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Environmental Strategy Implementation:
  • Support the implementation of EHS strategy plan in the Environmental aspect to ensure EHS compliance of activities within GSC Indonesia.
  • Provide periodic report of Environmental activities and data to ensure the program are well-implemented and provide improvement recommendation for future activity.
  • Supervise and measure the implementation of Environmental programs, ISO 140001, and other environmental activities to ensure pollution prevention compliance to local and global regulations are well managed.
• Environmental Training: Plan and provide periodic training for all employees as a refreshment purpose to improve Environmental awareness.
• Local Government Reporting: Ensure the report of Government Annual Assessment in Environmental Management (PROPER) achieve as per target as a proof of GSC Indonesia compliance to local regulations.
• QHSE-En Management:
  • Ensure that appropriate control measures for Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Energy (QSHE-En) are known and implemented.
  • Ensure QHSE-En methods are developed and ensure all employees within their area of responsibility receive appropriate QHSE-En training and required qualification.
  • Actively implement and promote QHSE-En leadership, QSHE-En culture, actively demonstrate dedication to QHSE-En through leading by example, and proactively take actions to continuously improve QSHE-En performance

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma 3) Engineering/ Science, or Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering / Public Health from reputable University.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English
