About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telesales to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Specialist you will be working with the B2C (direct to consumer) and IPS (agent app) team to drive sales for the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services
• Effectively manage customer inquiries
• Provide product information and pricing to customers
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services
• Generate sales leads and follow up on leads
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
• Conduct customer research to evaluate pain points with products or website issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Able to provide valuable insight from customer queries and relaying it to relevant internal teams
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Job Requirements

• Proven track record of successful telesales experience, ideally 3+ years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Bachelor, diploma or equivalent
• Motivated self starter
