About the Role

This role requires an understanding of multifinance products, including schemes and multifinance flow processes. Additionally, the ability to provide legal reviews for any type of customer (company or individual) and any type of collateral is essential. Understanding the creation of offering letters, credit agreements, and collateral agreements (such as cessie, fiduciary, and mortgage rights) is also necessary. Moreover, this role requires comprehension of techniques for securing collateral, including land and buildings, fiduciaries (such as accounts receivable, inventory, heavy equipment, and vehicles), personal guarantees, and company guarantees.

Job Descriptions

• Do review the documents of each borrower (individual & company) – legal review.
• Applied to New, existing, decrease, increase, grouping – split entity, cross collateral & cross default.
• Download company profile of borrower every disbursement (payor) or as needed by BU.
• Create loan agreement.
• Create disburse agreement.
• Create any agreement (addendum, cross collateral, cross default, restructure).
• Create any letters needed (ex: commissioner approval, spouse approval, shareholders meet to give approval to BOD of Borrower to act receive loan & guarantee company’s asset).
• Make offering letter.
• Make order notary.
• Accompany BU to sign agreement.
• Create plafond on BO (upload agreement).
• Upload doc’s to fulfil covenant on BO (upload OL, PK, Collateral, covenant).
• Register Mortgage to website BPN (for every fixed asset / land & building asset).
• Update FEO (fiduciary).
• Filing all document related to credit loan (custodian)

Job Requirements

• Hard skills : can speak english both oral and written, graduated from Law University with minimum IPK 3.00.

• Have work experience 3 - 5 years as a legal credit from multi finance or banking.
• Soft skills : creative thinking, critical thinking, able to communicate well, can work with a team, discipline, think analytical and innovate.
