Who are we looking for:

A motivated and self-driven individual who has significant communication, time management, and organizational skills to successfully assist in Procurement Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and compare offers from various companies for the relevant product demand;
• Negotiate the best payment terms and prices from suppliers
• Developing and sustaining effective supplier relationships to ensure a competitive position in the marketplace;
• Assist in order process, quality assurance, and purchasing contracts;
• Orders after approval from the director;
• Perform suppliers’ evaluations;
• Perform statistical studies and trends in the market
• Visit suppliers and establish
• Attend conferences and fairs

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics/ International Business/ Law.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with business development and financial principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
