This position reports into Head of Sales Operation & Capability Development and is based at Jakarta Raya.

What You Will Do

• Ensuring timely and accurate management of customer sales data. This involves implementing robust systems to capture sales information efficiently and transforming manual sales operations to digital.

• Establishing and maintaining operational standards, providing guidance to distributors, and conducting regular assessments to ensure ongoing compliance, including managing the onboarding and terminating processes for distributors.

• Addressing auditor-raised concerns to ensure sales operations align with established standards and regulations. This includes providing a support team to ensure that tax promotion rules are understood and implemented correctly by customers.

• Managing the Business Development budget, from planning and utilization to regular accrual.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Business Management/Engineering

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role for at least 6 years.

• Strong understanding of sales data management and digital transformation.

• Excellent knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial processes.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
