Job Description Summary The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will be instrumental in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and advertising via various channels, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with recruitment process for both internally and externally posted roles. In this capacity, you will need to ensure quality of work is aligned with GE Global TA’s Standard Work Processes. This is a customer facing role as it supports support hiring at the GE Vernova Gas Power repair site and other hires across GE Vernova-Gas Power Indonesia. This role will not only provide support for recruitment and act as the subject matter expert on local Indonesia recruitment compliance for other GE Vernova businesses that post roles in Indonesia, but from time-to-time to also assist in supporting recruitment in Malaysia. Roles and Responsibilities

GE Vernova-Gas Power TA Partner will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Delivery of end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening right through to offer at all levels.
  • Ensuring and promoting a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how to partner with internal and external teams to ensure the business(s) are able to achieve their business and/or operational goals.
  • Resolving issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
  • Partnering with HRM and Business to understand their hiring needs as well as to help build a pipeline for talent.
  • Supporting HRMs and the hiring team with weekly updates on recruitment progress.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you would either possess and/or demonstrate the following:-

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources (HR) or equivalent from a local or internationally recognized university.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: As this is a customer facing role, ability to demonstrate excellent communication/interpersonal skills are key in developing strong customer relationships and serving as the interface between candidates and GE Vernova.
  • Experience: Those with previous experience in recruiting in face paced plant environment would be highly considered.
  • Local Legislation: Demonstrate knowledge in current local Indonesia Government Hiring legislation.
  • Team work: Although this is an individual contributor role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work as part of wider team and be accountable for contributing to the team’s overall success
