Live Streaming Executive (Momami)

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Streamer to join our team. As a Live Streamer, you will be responsible for creating entertaining and informative live streaming content for our audience. You will engage with viewers, build a community around your streams, and represent our brand in a positive light. The ideal candidate is passionate about the subject matter they stream about, has a charismatic personality, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, host, and execute engaging live streaming sessions on a regular basis.
• Develop unique and creative ideas for live streaming content that resonates with our target audience.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to comments and questions, and build a strong community around your streams.
• Represent our brand positively during live streams, adhering to brand guidelines and values.
• Ensure technical setup for live streams is functional and troubleshoot any issues that arise during broadcasts.
• Actively promote live streaming events across various social media platforms to drive viewership and engagement.
• Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and content creators, to align live streaming content with overall company goals and initiatives.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from viewers to continually improve the quality and relevance of live streaming content.

Requirements:

• Min of Bachelor Degree of any discipline. Preferably in communication, marketing, advertising, business management, or relevant study
• Experience in Entertainment / Broadcasting business / Production House and Advertising Agency / Marketplace live streaming
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skill, presentation skill, and has proactive approach
• Highly organized
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
