Due Diligence Supervisor

We are now searching for a Due Diligence Supervisor

Purpose / Mission

In this position, you will be responsible for professionally managing cases by conducting desktop searches and source enquiries according to predetermined timelines and budgets. This role requires excellent analytical skills as well as good coordination and communication skills with field operatives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Task Briefs with necessary background information and pretext
• Research planning and coordination
• Risk research and analysis
• Enhanced / reputational / customer / ESG due diligence
• Write reports according to requirements with incisive Executive Summary 
• Organize tasks in order to meet deadlines
• Monitoring field operatives performance and reviewing reports (deadlines, content, reject incomplete reports)

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as analyst, researcher, or consultant in the fields of risk, due diligence, or fraud investigation
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major (Criminology preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Communication and interpersonal relationship
• Information solicitation skill, including but not limited to OSINT
• Understand Indonesian regulatory framework especially in business and legal system
• Good knowledge of political climate or bureaucratic process in Indonesia (mandatory), ASEAN countries (preferred), or in other jurisdictions (optional)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Proficiency in English (written and oral); Basic competency of at least one other language
