About the opportunity

Role purpose To develop the most effective and efficient in-store marketing plan based on shopper. and channel priorities to achieve business objective.
Role accountabilities
  • Take responsibility for managing a Modern Trade (MT) channel management business process that ensures effective communication and coordination between Key Account Team, Marketing, and other departments to maximize key business opportunities.
  • Develop and recommend MT channel plan & strategies aligned with the brands short term & mid-term strategies.
  • Create targeted trade strategies for Modern Trade channel/Key account and ensuring alignment with marketing plan and the potential of the accounts/channels.
  • Track, analyse, and evaluate account profitability, identifying and recommending actions to improve account profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and in-store promotions to determine if they meet the Company’s objectives and recommending actions to improve promotion effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing regarding deadlines and lead times for promotions, pack/price changes, new products, etc., to ensure effective implementation by the sales force.
  • Ensure new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms, etc., are effectively managed and implemented.

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top or reputable University in Indonesia
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in in trade marketing or sales within the dairy or FMCG industry
  • Experienced knowledge of Trade Marketing in Modern Trade channels.
  • Well understand on the Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Effective Promotion & Price Pack Architecture.
  • Functional expertise in Merchandising, Sales, Marketing & Promotion.
  • Analytical skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
