Job Title Key Account Manager (Channel Partners) Job Description Looking for a new start? Think bigger. Think Axis! As our Key Account Manager, youll uncover new business opportunities and drive sales within selected accounts, ensuring our customers consistently receive the full value of Axis. You will work in the field, closely with our business/ channel partners to ensure our mutual success in projects. You will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. What you will do here..
  • Act as the point person within Axis to manage all aspects of the relationship with assigned business/ channel partners
  • Strategically manage business/ channel partners to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines
  • Identify potential in the region and develop clear business plans for the business/ channel partners
  • Initiate and actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities
  • Collaborate with system integrators, distribution channels, and eco-system partners to provide joint solutions for end customers
  • Work closely with system integrators, training them to develop the project pipeline and close projects
  • Prepare timely sales reports for new and existing projects, forecasting and planning using our CRM system
Who we are looking for..
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Experience with indirect sales, preferably with a strong partner base in Surveillance Security, Financial Services Institute (FSI), Retail, and Manufacturing industry
  • Function efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with IT, specifically networking, IP-Audio, and applications, with a solid knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Pro-active, Driven and self-motivated team player
  • Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
