Help guests with planning and booking reservations for integrated villa products and services, including activities during stay.

Understand guests’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by finding guest preference and travel plan for suggestive selling potential.

Be customer centric with internal and external guests via all communication channels.

Deliver high touch experience that is aligned with Company Service Strategy to all guests.

Handle first level complaint with a pleasant disposition.

Address guest concerns and inquiries effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Proven experience in reservation sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or villa management.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

Proficiency in reservation booking systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

Flexibility to work shifts based on operational needs.
