Our young and growing marketing team is looking for a digital leader who is able to turn their creative and data-driven mindset into successful digital marketing campaigns. Together with our marketing manager, you will determine the digital marketing strategy taking our brand’s success to the next level.

Soave Records was founded in 2017 and releases about twenty electronic dance music songs every week. We’re working with thousands of artists including De Hofnar, Kav Verhouzer, Madism and Braaheim, featuring collaborations with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Juicy J and INNA. Despite its young age, our label is currently within the top 10 Spotify curators worldwide and globally known for our tropical and chill house releases. Our international team is growing fast and you might be the next to join.

You have:

• A whole lot of love for (electronic dance) music
• At least 5 years working experience in the field of (digital) marketing
• Experience with working in the creative industry such as (social) media is a big plus
• Experience with working in the music industry is an even bigger plus
• A bachelor or university degree in (digital) marketing or a related field
• Flawless English communication skills, ideally Dutch as well
• Experience with creating and managing digital marketing campaigns such as performance-, content-, social media marketing and/or advertising
• A good understanding of the main reporting dashboards such as Meta-, TikTok- and Google’s Ads Manager
• Proven experience with setting up and managing marketing projects such as Always On campaigns, social media content strategies and growth hacking projects

What will you be doing?

• Managing the digital music activities which includes monitoring and reporting our playlists ad campaigns together with our agency, run digital marketing campaigns for our artists to help them grow a fanbase on TikTok and optimise our website’s performance
• Be responsible for Soave’s social media channels and its content strategy. You’re reporting to Soave’s marketing manager and coming up with optimisation strategies together
• Setting up email campaigns and optimise them for our different audiences
• Managing digital marketing activities which are part of release campaigns or the branding strategies for our individual artists
• Managing a couple of interns and having actively think along with the future team structure together with the marketing manager
