Job Title: Social Media Manager (Executive Level)

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, and a proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and website traffic.
• Identify and explore new social media opportunities and platforms.
• Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of online culture.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
