The person who successfully get this position will be having very interesting role as he/she will become person in charge to actively build strong fandom of our artists. Start from building infrastructure - recruiting fans - engaging through impactful activations - growing the numbers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter person with strong character and creativity to always look for opportunity to achieve the goals. About the Role
  • Build infrastructure as hub for fans activities (data collection, running campaign, exclusive content, etc.)
  • Make long-term recruitment plan & actively create impactful program & mechanism for fans recruitment
  • Maintain & retain fans through proactively creating activations to strengthen the engagement
  • Liaise with Regional, Marketing, Digital Ops and e-commerce to plan, design and execute e-CRM campaigns & fandom activation program
  • Data Acquisition Excellence: Conducting, collecting data, monitor, review e-CRM campaigns
  • Conduct data analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing campaign to optimize impact of e-CRM program
  • Utilizing customer data to formulate e-CRM campaigns with high impact
  • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key campaign/project metrics to line manager, stakeholders, and team members
Minimum Requirement:
  • Music lover
  • Bachelors degree from any field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as CRM/audience acquisition role/Digital Marketing/Retention/Database Management preferably in an entertainment/ tech company
  • Proven track record in designing, planning, and implementing audience and marketing strategies to drive business goals
  • Experience with customer database management
  • Experience in manage fanbase will be advantage
  • Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization where continuous innovation is needed
  • Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
  • Experience with analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
  • Good to have: Experience with hands-on data query via SQL, Python
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa
