Job Overview:My Shrine Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in managing sales processes, coordinating client communications, providing administrative support, and overseeing the companys sales dashboard. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and architecture, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:Sales Support:- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing related to interior design and architectural services.- Coordinate sales-related activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and project specifications.

Customer Relationship Management:- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records for interior design and architectural projects.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance, demonstrating a strong understanding of our design offerings.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service, fostering client loyalty and satisfaction.

Project Coordination:- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination and the seamless onboarding of interior design and architectural projects.- Assist in scheduling projects, coordinating of site visits, and managing presales timelines to meet client expectations.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Generate sales reports and analyse sales data specific to interior design and architectural projects to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Manage and update the companys sales dashboard with real-time data and performance metrics related to interior design and architectural sales activities.

Administrative Support:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence related to interior design and architectural projects.- Maintain sales-related documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal reference and client communication.

Customer Service Excellence:- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, with a focus on interior design and architectural solutions.- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process for interior design and architectural projects, from initial inquiry to project completion.

Social Media Coordination:- Assist in coordinating social media content creation and scheduling in collaboration with the marketing team, focusing on interior design and architectural projects and achievements.- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engagement related to interior design and architecture, forwarding relevant queries to the sales team for follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the interior design or architectural industry.
  • Passion for interior design and architecture, with a strong understanding of design concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
