Job Summary Agency Distribution & Event Manager is responsible for managing the distribution of products and services through various agencies and coordinating events that promote the companys brand and offerings. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with agency partners, planning and executing events, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for event planning and management. Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agency distribution, event planning, and management.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings with agency partners
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective distribution of products and services
• Monitor and evaluate agency performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand distribution channels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Promote events through various marketing channels and track attendee engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on distribution and event strategies.
• Communicate effectively with agency partners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of objectives and expectations
• Provide regular updates and reports on distribution and event activities to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data and feedback from events and agency activities to improve future initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance distribution and event strategies.
• Ensure all events and distribution activities comply with industry regulations and company policies
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with distribution and event management
