About Compensation & Benefit Manager (Mining) Role: An exciting Compensation & Benefit Manager (Mining) role has just become available in one of our clients within Energy industry. Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you will play an integral role in conducting various HR-related services includes payroll calculation systems and administration processes while keeping up-to-date with market competitiveness strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct services activities related with HR that contain: Payroll Calculation system, Payroll Administration
  • Analyse and review compensation & benefit strategy, policya and procedures
  • Understand the company regulation related with above area in order to advise employee for any queries.
  • Maintain key relationships with external customers such as Department of Manpower, BPJS Institution, Pension Institution and Insurance Provider
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards, objectives and regulations.
  • Manage HR documents and ensure compliance of Employees’ Personal File.
  • Handle the payroll system accurately, including calculations, payments, employees’ benefits and taxes such as BPJS, Pension, PPh 21

To succeed in the Compensation & Benefit (Mining) job, you will need to have minimum five years experience in Compensation Benefit role within Mining industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Minimum five years experiences in HR Services, Compensation & Benefits
  • Proven track record in payroll and familiar using HRIS
  • Ability to grasp and understand Indonesian Employment Law and its principles and concepts
